Pam

Scheduling Coordinator

"We don't just work as a team, or as the Doctor and his staff. We work as friends who truly care about one another and our patients."

When you visit our practice Pam will greet you in our front office. She answers the phone, schedules appointments and assists patients and their families in many other ways, doing all of this with a beautiful big smile. She has worked in orthodontics since 1999. Pam enjoys being the first person patients see when they arrive at the practice and the last person they see when leaving.

Pam and her husband Larry, both Sumner County natives, have been happily married for over 24 years. They love spending time with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchild and doing volunteer work with their church.

Brittney

Scheduling Coordinator

Brittney is always here, greeting patients with a warm and friendly smile. She enjoys seeing our patients at each appointment and helping them schedule their future appointments. Brittney also likes when new patients come into the office—she works hard to learn each and every person's name!

Brittney and her husband Brad have two Yorkies, LuLu and Jiggy, and two pit bulls named Bella and Brody. Her free time is spent kayaking, working out at the gym, and watching Auburn football. She was even an Auburn University majorette for all four years in college!

Donna

New Patient Coordinator

"I love the fact that we are not just straightening teeth, but we are helping to give patients a better quality of life by building their self esteem through a confident smile and that we do this as a caring and devoted team."

Donna welcomes our new patients and their families to the practice and assists them in beginning their journey towards their beautiful new smile. She draws on her experience as an elementary school teacher to help children and adults understand their orthodontic treatment options. Having experienced braces herself, as an adult with Dr. Morris, Donna can relate first-hand to what our patients go through during their treatment.

Donna grew up in Hendersonville and loves spending time with her husband Bain and their two children. She works out regularly and tries to see a movie or two when she has some free time.

Carey

Insurance/Finance Coordinator

"We have the best patients. It is always great to see their progress and fantastic smiles. I feel so blessed to work with such a fantastic team and excellent doctor."

Carey works at our front desk, where she verifies and files insurance, and sets up patient contracts. Her favorite thing is to work with new patients and help them get started with braces. At the end of treatment, she loves seeing their new smiles!

Carey is married to John, and they have two kids, Noah and Jack. Her hobbies include reading and crafts, and she loves spending time with family.

Pattie

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

"I am thankful to have such an appreciative boss who not only makes his patients feel important, but his team as well. I am proud to be part of a group that works so well together and strives to make every aspect of our practice a great experience."

Pattie has been an orthodontic assistant since 1992 and loves working with patients throughout their treatment. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job, she says, is seeing the excitement in patients' eyes when their braces are removed.

Pattie, a Hendersonville native, assists Dr. Morris in the clinic where she helps with putting on braces, routine adjustments, and removing braces once treatment is complete. Pattie married her high school sweetheart, Kevin, in 1994. In her free time, she enjoys attending her church, spending time with her family and watching her son play baseball.

Shanon

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

"We are the best and strongest orthodontic team that I have ever been a part of professionally and as a working family. I am truly blessed to work with this team."

Shanon has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1999. She helps Dr. Morris in the clinic placing braces, performing adjustments, and removing braces. Shanon has seen many changes in orthodontics over the past 15 years and appreciates working in a practice that is on the cutting edge of orthodontic technology.

Shanon and her husband Marcus have been together since 1997 and they are both Hendersonville natives. They are happy to be raising their daughter Sophia Rose, in the town they have always called home.

Myah

Orthodontic Assistant

"I love getting to know and learning about our patients by chatting with them at their appointments. Each person is so unique and has wonderful stories to tell!"

Myah is one of the assistants our patients see at each appointment, making adjustments to their braces or Invisalign® according to Dr. Morris' treatment plan. She excels at orthodontic adjustments, putting on braces, and removing braces—the last of which is always her favorite! She loves seeing how happy our patients are when they see their before and after pictures at the end of their treatment.

Myah's family consists of her husband Brian, a dog named Ammo, and a hedgehog named Gunnar. She is an assistant cheerleading coach at Vol State Community College, and continues her education at Tennessee State University, where she is improving her American Sign Language skills.

Ashley

Orthodontic Assistant

"I love watching our patients grow and seeing their wonderful smiles on the day we remove their braces! Dr. Morris is such a great orthodontist. He is so patient and kind—I'm so proud to work with him!"

Ashley works with patients, assists Dr. Morris, and works in the lab. She is very patient, especially with our youngest patients, and explains everything in detail to help alleviate any possible concerns or fears. Our patients love Ashley's kind, calm demeanor.

Originally from Colorado, Ashley has been skiing and snowboarding since she was four years old! Now, she enjoys staying active by wakeboarding, riding bikes, fishing, being outdoors, and hiking. She loves spending time with her boyfriend, Ralph, and her daughter Preslea.

Nancy

Orthodontic Assistant

"Our new families love our modern office and use of technology to provide a great patient experience, from self-check-in via iPad to our use of 3D scanning technology to replace antiquated and goopy impressions!"

Nancy assists Dr. Morris with patient care, and provides her Spanish translation skills whenever necessary. She tries to learn something new about each patient at each appointment in order to provide a personalized experience. Like Dr. Morris, Nancy cares about each and every patient and provides them with the very best care.

Originally from Mexico, Nancy was raised in Florida. She stays close to her heritage by cooking authentic Mexican food and enjoys reading and spending time with her husband Oscar and son Alexander.

Deirdre

Public Relations Coordinator

"I might be a little biased, but I truly believe we have the best team and patients in Sumner County."

Deirdre coordinates all of our community involvement in the way of sports sponsorships, work with charitable organizations, school contributions and more. She also draws on her experience in Corporate America to determine and create marketing for Morris Orthodontics. She is a certified High School Math Teacher and particularly enjoys the work the practice does to contribute to school and scholarship fundraisers. You might know Deirdre from the fitness classes she enjoys teaching at the YMCA. Deirdre and Dr. Morris have been married since 2001 and always enjoy family time with their three young children Sinclair, Marin and Jay.
